Herpes simplex KEGG pathways updated

The pathways have been updated with recent inputs fom the host/pathogen interaction page and with a number of new pathways that  KEGG have added to their database.

Alzheimer's KEGG Pathways updated (BIN1, CD2AP,CD33, EPHA1, MS4A2 etc)

The genetic pathways have been updated with new genes and with new pathways from KEGG. Those interacting with herpes simplex are also colour coded.
